How to make a screenshot

Screen Shot Making
It is easy if you want to make a screen shot by simply press a keyboard named PrtScn SysRq (as the picture shown below).


However, it is a little hard to make it fits your works. There are few conditions I'd like to suggest you below.

First Condition : Use the actual large screenshot For this condition, it is easy to do. Run a program called "Paint" in "Accessories" and click on the "File" menu and choose "New"่

Then paste what you 've already shot by choose the "Edit" menu and click on "Paste". You will see your screenshot on the canvas.

After that, just save your file.

Second Condition : Resized Screenshot You need an extra software to edit your pictures. I always use "Adobe Photoshop 7". I begin with the same way by pressing the "Print Screen" button and run the Photoshop software. Then choose to create a new file.

You will see a question asking about the size of the image. The system will display the resulution at 1024x768 which is my screen resolution (Yours may be different, depends on your screen resolution) Just click "OK" and you will see your screenshot.

Then, resize your screenshot as you wish. I recommend 300-500 pixels width for displaying in a page. You can resize you image by choosing at the menu "Image" and click at "Image Size"



You will see this pop up window.

It will show the previous resulution of the image, you need to change it to be your preferred size by removing the previous one and type the number you want at the "Width" box. The number at the "Height" box will change automatically to keep the ratio of the image. Then click "OK" and your screenshot will be resized. However, the image you see in the software may not be the actual size. You need to see it in the actual view by clicking at the menu "View" and click "Actual Pixels". Then you will see the actual size of your resized image. You may revise by using the previous steps till you are happy with your image.



After that, click on the menu and Save As. You will see a drop down menu for your desired extension. Choose JPG.


The system will ask you about the resolution. I reccomend at่ 8 because 9 makes your file size much bigger in the same quality (I think).


At first, you may find it is complicate but you do it more and more, you will find it take only a few minutes to do so.

The third conditions : The easiest I recommend using a software called !Quick Screenshot Maker and you can download it HERE (http://www.etrusoft.com/download.htm) I will skip the installation step since it is similar to other software. Once you run the software, you will see the screen as shown below.


The tips will be shown. It's really fruitful, take some time to read it. For this, I skip it. Then you will see this window.


Then click on the menu "Capture" you will find the drop down menu as you see in the photo below. Let me explain it simply;
Full Screen refers to take the whole things in your screen.
Active Windows refers to take on the the software you are using.
Active Windows Client refers to take on the the software you are using and all its components.
Windows Buttons control refers to take a shot on where you need. You will see a line border to show you the scope of your screenshot according to the sizes avalble on screen. It will change automatically as your mouse are moving on it. Anywhere you need a screenshot, just make a click.
Rectangle refers to making a screenshot in a rectagular but you can choose how big it is.
Square refers to making a screenshot in a square but you can choose how big it is
Ellipse refers to making a screenshot in a oval or circle and you can choose how big it is.
Circle refers to making a screenshot in a circular form only.
Polygon refers to making a screenshot in a polygon you wish.

To make a screenshot, just make a click. Then the screenshot will appear in the program and ask you to name a file to save it. You can choose the extension of file into 4 different extensions. I recommend JPG.


Adding comments and arrows
Moreover, you can add comments and arrow by clicking on the bollon icon and click on wherever you need to add comment. It's easy.

In my opinion, it is convenient for me to create a lot of screenshot for a specific purpose. However, I can't can any tool in this software that allows me to resizes the screenshot. Thus, I need adjust it myself well before clicking for a screenshot.


การถ่ายภาพหน้าจอมาใช้งาน
เมื่อ อาจารย์อยู่ในหน้าที่ต้องการจับภาพมานั้น เราสามารถคัดลอกภาพทั้งหน้าจอนั้นง่าย ๆ โดยการ กดปุ่ม Print Screen โดยปุ่มนี้จะอยู่ด้านบนฝั่งขวามือ มีข้อความตามภาพครับ


แต่กระบวนการที่จะให้ได้มาแล้วเหมาะสมนี่จะยากนิดนึงครับ ก็แล้วแต่เงื่อนไขครับ

แบบแรก เอามาตามขนาดจริง แบบ นี้ง่ายหน่อยเพราะไม่ต้องการอะไรมากมาย โปรแกรมพื้นฐานในเครื่อง เช่น โปรแกรม Paint ก็สามารถทำได้ โดยเรียกโปรแกรม paint แล้ว สร้างเอกสารใหม่

แล้วสั่งวางได้ทันที โดยเลือกที่เมนู Edit แล้วเลือกเมนู Paste ภาพหน้าจอทั้งหมดจะถูกวางลงบนงานทันทีครับ

จากนั้นก็ทำการสั่ง Save ได้เลยครับ

แบบที่สองต้องการปรับขนาด กรณีนี้ ต้องการโปรแกรมเฉพาะทางมาช่วย ผมขอใช้่ตัวที่มักจะมีติดตั้งทั่วไปคือ Photoshop โดยผมเลือกใช้ Photoshop 7 นะครับ โดยวิธีการเริ่มต้นก็เช่นเดิมคือ ทำการกดปุ่ม Print Screen แล้วเปิดโปรแกรม Photoshop แล้วเลือก New


ระบบ จะถามเราว่าจะเลือกขนาดของงานใหม่เท่าไหร่ โดยที่ระบบกำหนดมาให้จะจำมาจากที่เรา Print Screen ซึ่งหน้าจอของผมตั้งไว้ที่ 1024x768 ก็จะปรากฏตามภาพ จากนั้นก็กด OK ได้เลย ภาพที่เราจับไว้ก็จะปรากฏ

จาก นั้นก็ทำการย่อขนาดภาพให้เหมาะสมตามต้องการ โดยปกติหากจะนำมาโพสในกระดานแบบนี้ก็ควรมีความกว้างอยู่ืัีที่ 300-500 ซึ่งเราสามารถทำได้โดย เลือกที่เมนู Image แล้วมาเลือกที่ Image Size



ระบบจะแสดงหน้าต่างขนาดไฟล์ตามนี้

โดย จะแสดงค่าหน้าเดิมของภาพมาก่อน ให้เราทำการแก้ไขตัวเลือกในช่้อง Width ได้เลยครับ ส่วนของ Height จะปรับแก้ตามอัตโนมัติเพื่อให้ภาพคงอยู่ในอัตราส่วนตามปกติ เมื่อพิมพ์ตัวเลขที่ต้องการแล้ว ก็กด OK ภาพก็จะปรับลดขนาดลงทันที แต่ภาพที่แสดงในโปรแกรมอาจจะไม่ใช่้ขนาดของภาพจริง ๆ ต้องไปแก้ไขมองมุมโดยไปที่เมนูแล้วเลือก View แล้วเลือก Actual Pixels เราก็จะเห็นขนาดของภาพจริง ๆ ถ้าไม่พอใจก็ปรับแก้ได้ตามวิธีด้านบนนะครับ



จากนั้นก็ทำการบันทึก โดยเลือก Save As ให้เลือกชนิดของไฟล์เป็น JPG ตามภาพนะครับ


จาก นั้นระบบจะถามเราว่าจะเลือกความละเอียดของภาพเท่าไหร่ ผมแนะนำที่ 8 นะครับเพราะ 9 จะคมชัดไม่ต่างจาก 8 เท่าไหร่แต่ขนาดใหญ่กว่าเดิมมาก ๆ ครับ


หลายท่านอาจจะคิดว่ายุ่งยากแต่ลองใช้บ่อยๆ จะพบว่าใช้เวลาในการทำไม่นา่นนะครับผม

แบบที่สาม แบบง่ายที่สุดคือใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปที่ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อสิ่งนี้โดยเฉพาะเลย ผมแนะนำ !Quick Screenshot Maker ครับ ใช้งานง่ายมาก ก่อนอื่น download ตัวโปรแกรมได้ฟรี ที่นี่ (http://www.etrusoft.com/download.htm) ครับ
จากนั้นทำการติดตั้ง ซึ่งไม่ยุ่งยากอะไรครับ ผมจะขอผ่านไปเลยนะครับ เข้ามาตอนใช้งานเลย เปิดโปรแกรมก็จะเจอหน้าต่างแบบนี้ครับ


ระบบจะแสดง tip ให้ ว่าง ๆ ก็อ่านก็จะได้ความรู้ดีครับ แต่ผมขอกด Close เลยนะครับ ก็จะพบหน้าต่างแบบนี้


โดยผมเจาะจงเลือกไปที่เมนู Capture จะพบตามภาพเลยนะครับ ขออธิบายย่อ ๆ ง่าย ๆ ว่า
Full Screen คือ ถ่ายภาพมาทั้งหมด
Active Windows คือ หน้าต่างโปรแกรมหลัก ที่กำลังใช้งานอยู่
Active Windows Client คือ ตำแหน่งหน้าต่าง คำสั่งต่าง ๆ ที่เราเปิดใช้งานอยู่
Windows Buttons control คือ การเลือกที่จะถ่ายภาพ ตามกรอบของช่องหน้าต่างในหน้าจอ ระบบจะตีกรอบให้ตามจุดที่เม้าส์เึคลื่อนที่ไป เราอยากได้ช่องไหน พอกรอบขึ้นก็คลิกได้เลยครับ
Rectangle คือ การถ่ายภาพแบบภาพสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้า เราจะเลือกว่าจะกว้างยาวขนาดไหนก็ได้ครับ
Square คือ การถ่ายภาพแบบภาพสี่เหลี่ยมจัตุรัสเท่านั้นครับ แต่เลือกความใหญ่ได้
Ellipse คือ การถ่ายภาพแบบเป็นทรงรีหรือกลมตามต้องการครับ
Circle คือ การถ่ายภาพแบบทรงกลมเท่านั้น
Polygon คือ การถ่ายภาพทรงหลายเหลี่ยมตามที่เราต้องการครับ

การ ถ่ายภาพ ก็ทำโดยการคลิกเ้ม้าส์เท่านั้น โปรแกรมจะนำภาพมาปรากฏในหน้าต่างของโปรแกรมและให้เราบันทึกชื่อลงไปเท่า นั้นครับ ซึ่งเราสามารถเลือกบันทึกได้สี่สกุลหลัก ๆ ของภาพทั่วไป แต่แนะนำที่ Jpg ครับผม


การแทรกอักษะและลูกศร
นอก จากถ่ายภาพง่ายแล้ว ยังมีเครื่องมือ แทรกลูกศร และข้อความที่สะดวกมาก ๆ นะครับ แต่ข้อเสียนิดนึงคือ ยังไม่สนับสนุนภาษาไทยครับ แต่ก็เชื่อว่า น่าจะช่วยได้ไม่มากก็น้อยครับ วิธีการก็ไม่ยุ่งยากครับ คลิกที่เมนูคล้าย ๆ ฟองอากาศข้อความ แล้วก็ไปคลิกจุดที่ต้องการให้ข้อความปรากฏแล้วก็ใส่ข้อความได้เลยครับ

ภาพ รวมถือว่าสะดวกอีกแบบนะครับ ลองดูนะครับ (โปรแกรมนี้ลดย่อขนาดภาพไม่ได้นะครับพยายามหาแล้วไม่พบคำสั่งครับผม หรืออาจต้องใช้ Version สำหรับขายอาจจะมีนะครับ แต่ผมไม่ซื้อครับ แหะ ๆ ผมก็แนะนำให้เลือกถ่ายภาพที่ไม่ใหญ่เกินไปตั้งแต่ตอนถ่ายนะครับจะได้ไม่ ต้องไปลดขนาดอีกครับผม)

หวังว่าจะช่วยให้การทำงานของคุณง่าย ขึ้นนะครับ เวลาจะเอาไปใช้ใน Word เพียงไปสั่งแทรกภาพเท่านั้นเองนะครับ แต่แนะนำว่า ต้องถ่ายภาพเฉพาะจุดก่อนนะไปแทรกจะดูง่ายกว่าเอาไปทั้ง Full SCreen นะครับ

Google Groups Reflection

"Google Groups" another trial to fulfill the technological communities.



I do not refuse that I've never tried Google Groups before with many reasons. Mainly, it is because I have my own web hosting contract and I do everything for my teaching there. All the teaching materials creating as html materials integrated with CMS. Moreover, I tried adding some multimedia technology services available on the cyber space such as photo storage service, file storage service and movie storage service. However, all of them are run with my own hosting.



Once I've tried using the Google Groups, (I might use it in the wrong time that it was error.) I was disappoint about it. I tried using some of their features and I found the results as listed below.


Searching from groups
Google Groups claimed that we could search for some information from the conversation in groups, but I hardly got to the information I need since the limited topics and theme available in the list. Sometimes I thought that I might have found the information I was looking for if I accessed using just Google web browser. Moreover, I was stuck with some clicks that I needed to do in order to get the target sections and I finally found that it was not exactly the inforation I looked for at all. It's okay to do it again with different tools but it was exactly wasting my time.



Group Creation
Though I could create my own group, the posibility that I will get some members for my groups is so pity. I found that some groups had been created for a period of time and they were only two members. I think it may be because of lacking effective promotional tool that could reach all the group users.


Joining a group
When I found a group and I needed to join since it seemed to be advantageous for me, I tried asking for joing the group but I have to wait for the permission. And I found that almost all of the groups available needed to be allowed to join.


Joing a discussion
I found that it was familiar to discussion board or forums that show the topic and owner of the topics. For this section, I found that it works well as a tool for discussion.


Beginning a discussion
I need sending an e-mail to the group owner to begin discussion. Personnally, I think it is not so convenient for me to wait to begin something there (It might be because of the error of the system, I guessed so). Moreover, if I needed something in an urgent, I might not be able to expected for helps from this section at all since it was not realtime communication at all even the beginning.


Online chat or through E-mail
Though the system allowed me to use the groups online or through e-mail, I found that it was difficult to log in and submit my message onto the groups. With the error of the domain names, .co.th and .com, confused and made me frustrated to continue using. Thus I got bored to repeat submitting message that always were denied by the system. It was exactly extrmely discouragement.




Create Web Page for the group
The system allows user to create web page for giving and share information. I found that there are some ordinary tool available for creating a simple webpage but it is not possible to create complicated webpage for motivate visiters. Morover, adding pictures onto the webpage is difficult since the pictures always appear on top and drag-drop features are not allowed. It is needed to be modify by accessing HTML feature. ากมาก การแทรกแต่ละครั้งภาพจะไปปรากฏบนสุึด และลากมาวางไม่ได้ด้วย ต้องเข้าไปแก้แบบ Html. Furthermore, there is no draft saving and I lost my work many times. I may say that it is good for giving information but it is not suitable for creating attractive teaching material. There are some more tools added in this sections.


Knowledge Management
The system claimed that we can manage, arrange the information in groups. However, I am just only a memer of the group so I have no idea how it is.


Create it your own style
I don't think it suits me this time since the limitations of tools and performance.


File Upload
The system allows me to upload files onto group but what I could be with it is just deleting my own files.. I said that I could rename but there was nothing happened when I tried renaming my files. Moreover, I found that the thumbnail for image files were too small. It should be bigger for easily recognizing.


Learning each other
I understand that the purpose of this group is for gathering the experts and sharing knowloedge. However, it needs more time to become a powerful resources for searching for information which is full of useful and various topics of knowledge for all the information searchers who always expect the best information.


Discussion
From my point of view, Google Groups is still similar to Webboard or Discussion Board system. Moreover, the old ones could do their jobs much better, easier to use, and better performance. The only good thing I am thinking about Google group is it's free to use a tool for sharing information which provided some database in free hosting. It's different from Discussion board that the owner need a web server, database and some more tools to own one. These are all I can reflect to the Google Groups now, and I do hope that it would be developed to be more and more powerful tools for online users.

Google Groups กับความพยายามที่จะเติมเต็มชุมชนเทคโนโลยี



ผม ไม่ปฏิเสธว่าผมไม่เคยได้ลองใช้ Google Groups มาก่อนด้วยเหตุผลหลาย ๆ อย่าง แต่ที่น่าจะเป็นสาเหตุหลักคือ ผมสร้างเว็บโดยทำการฝากไว้ที่ hosting การพัฒนาเนื้อหาจึงมุ่งเน้นไปที่การใช้ระบบ CMS และการบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีมัลติมีเดียแบบต่าง ๆ เข้ามาพัฒนาสื่อมากกว่าการลองใช้ระบบบริการฟรีออนไลน์ แม้จะพยายามใช้บริการฝากไฟล์ฝากภาพและฝากภาพยนตร์เข้ามาบ้างแต่กิจกรรมจะยัง คงอยู่ภายใต้ระบบของ hosting หลักของผมเอง


เมื่อ มาลองใช้ (อาจจะผิดเวลาที่มาลองใช้ตอนที่เกิดปัญหา) จึงไม่รู้สึกประทับใจกับชุมชนที่ได้ ซึ่งเมื่อลองเข้าไปศึกษาในส่วนของ feature แล้วดังนี้


การสืบค้นจากกลุ่ม
Google Groups บอกว่าสามารถสืบค้นได้จากการสนทนาของกลุ่มต่าง ๆ แต่จากการทดลองสืบค้นหา ผมพบว่า ข้อมูลที่ปรากฏในรายการให้เลือกยังอยู่ในกลุ่มที่จำกัด ไม่ได้มีครบไปทุกเรื่องตามต้องการซึ่งบางครั้งผมมองว่า เนื้อหาที่สืบค้นสามารถสืบหาได้จากการค้นผ่านการสืบค้นเว็บผ่าน Google แต่กลับมีจำนวนจำกัดมากที่ Google Groups การเข้่าุ ถึงข้อมูลก็ค่อนข้างยุ่งยากต้องทำการคลิกหลายครั้งมาก ๆ กว่าจะเข้าถึงประเด็นที่คิดว่าใช้ ซึ่งหลายหัวข้อเมื่อคลิกไปถึงปรากฏว่า ไม่ใช่ตามที่ต้องการซึ่งใช้เวลา
นานกว่าการสืบค้นแบบเดิมเสียอีก



การสร้างกลุ่ม
การ สร้างกลุ่มขึ้นใหม่้ แม้สามารถทำได้ แต่โอกาสที่จะมีผู้สนใจมาขอร่วมกลุ่มพบว่ามีน้อยมาก บางกลุ่มพบว่าสร้างมาระยะเวลาหนึ่งแล้วแต่มีสมาชิกเพียงสองคน ซึ่งผมเข้าใจว่า อาจจะเกิดจากการที่ระบบไม่ได้มีระบบประชาสัมพันธ์กลุ่มอย่างทั่วถึง


การเข้าร่วมกลุ่ม
และหากพบกลุ่มที่ต้องการ และคิดว่าน่าจะมีข้อมูลที่น่าสนใจ กลับต้องรอการอนุญาตจากกลุ่มก่อน ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่ต้องขอคำเชิญทั้งนั้นเลย


การเข้าร่วมหัวข้อการสนทนาผู้อื่น
จาก การลองใช้ ผมพบว่าการตอบข้อความของผมจะไปปรากฏแบบ การแสดงกระทู้ในกระดานข่้าว โดยจะแสดงว่าหัวข้อการสนทนาเริ่มโดยใคร และการตอบกี่คนแล้ว ส่วนนี้ให้ความรู้สึกที่ไม่ต่างไปจากกระดานข่าวหรือ Discussion Board ทั่วไป ภาพรวมของตัวนี้ผมก็เห็นว่าอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีนะครับ


เริ่มการสนทนาในกลุ่มของคุณเอง
จาก การลองใช้ พบว่าต้องมีการส่งเมล์ไปยังเมล์กลุ่ม ส่วนตัวคิดว่าไม่สะดวกครับ เหมือนต้องรอ (ไม่ทราบว่าอาจเกิดจากการผิดพลาดของระบบหรือเป็นอย่้างนั้นจริง ๆ ) ซึ่งผมคิดว่า หากมีเรื่องเร่งด่้วน ผมจะคาดหวังจากกลุ่มยากเพราะไม่ Realtime และอาจจะได้คำตอบจากเพื่อน ๆ ไม่ทันความต้องการของผมเอง


สนทนาออนไลน์หรือผ่านอีเมล์
แม้ จะเลือกได้ว่าจะเป็นการใช้งานแบบออนไลน์หรือส่งเข้าบัญชีเมล์แต่ผมก็ยังคง ประสบปัญหาในการนำข้อมูลเข้าระบบ และการพยายามที่จะปรับไปใช้ระบบ .com แทน .co.th กลับทำได้ยากเพราะระบบ redirect จะนำกลับมาที่ .co.th เองทุกครั้งที่ทำให้รู้สึก(ความเห็นส่วนตัวนะครับ)เบื่อที่จะวางข้อความไป เลย ขอสารภาพนะครับ ผมคิดว่าจะวางข้อความหลายสิบครั้งแล้วและต้องยกเลิกไปตลอดเพราะระบบไม่ อนุญาตให้ทำงานExtremely Discouragement



สร้างสรรค์เว็บเพจไว้ภายในกลุ่ม
ระบบ อนุญาตให้สร้างเว็บเพจเพื่อใช้ภายในกลุ่มได้ ซึ่งจากการเข้าไปลองใช้พบว่า ระบบจะเป็นรูปแบบที่มีเครื่องมือมาตรฐานเหมือนกับ Google Docs ซึ่งหากต้องการนำเสนอในรูปแบบธรรมดาไม่มีการจัดรูปแบบซับซ้อนน่าจะสามารถรอง รับการทำงานได้ปกตินะครับ ก็มองในจุดนี้ก็ถือว่า ทำได้ค่อนข้างดีครับแต่ผมทดลองใช้พบว่า การแทรกภาพทำได้ยากมาก การแทรกแต่ละครั้งภาพจะไปปรากฏบนสุึด และลากมาวางไม่ได้ด้วย ต้องเข้าไปแก้แบบ Html เสมอ และไม่มีระบบ undo ถ้าเผลอไปกดปุ่มยกเลิกด้านล่าง (ผมกดมาแล้ว นึกว่้าเป็น undo กลับล้างข้อความออกไปหมดเลย) และที่แย่คือ ไม่มีการบันทึกแบบร่างเพื่อกลับมาแก้ภายหลังได้ (หรืออาจมีแต่ผมหาไม่พบนะครับ) สรุปคือ เหมาะสำหรับการถ่ายทอดข้อความ แต่ถ้าจะนำมาประกอบการเรียนการสอน ผมอยากให้มีเครื่องมือสนับสนุนที่ดีและมีมากกว่านี้นะครับ


สร้างฐานความรู้
ระบบ อ้างว่าสามารถทำการจัดเรียงเนื้อหาและข้อมูลได้ แต่ผมยังไม่พบเครื่องมือในการจัดทำ (อาจเป็นเพราะไม่ใช่เจ้าของกลุ่มนะครับ) จึงไม่ทราบว่าจะสามารถทำได้ดีเพียงใดนะครับ


สร้างสรรค์็ให้เป็นตัวคุณ
ก็ยังไม่สามารถสร้างงานแบบผมได้นะครับเพราะเครื่องมือค่อนข้างจำกัดนะครับ


อับโหลดไฟล์
ระบบ อนุญาตให้นำไฟล์มาแจกในระบบกลุ่มได้ แต่ผมพบว่า เมื่ออัพโหลดไฟล์ขึ้นไปแล้ว ทำอะไรต่อไม่ได้ ผมเห็นมีเมนูให้เปลี่ยนชื่อ แต่พอคลิกเข้าไปก็ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนได้ พบแต่ปุ่มให้เลือกลบไฟล์ที่เราอัพโหลดได้ (แต่ลบของเพื่อนไม่ได้) และหากเป็นภาพก็จะมี thumbnail ของภาพ แต่ผมติว่า thumbnail เล็กเกินไป น่าจะอำนวยความสะดวกโดยมีขนาดใหญ่กว่านี้ครับ


เรียนรู้ซึ่งกันและกัน
ผม เข้าใจว่า จุดประสงค์ที่นี่คือ แหล่งรวมกลุ่มของผู้สนใจในประเด็นต่าง ๆ ที่จะมารวมตัวเพื่อแบ่งปันความรู้ แต่คงต้องใช้ระยะเวลาอีกนานพอสมควรที่จะเป็นแหล่งข้อมูลที่โตพอและหลากหลาย รองรับการสืบค้นที่นับวันผู้ใช้ก็จะคาดหวังผลที่ได้ค่อนข้างสูง

ส่วน ตัวแล้ว ผมมองว่า Google Groups ยังทำหน้าที่ที่ไม่ต่างไปจากระบบ Webboard หรือ Discussion Board มากนักซึ่งเครื่องมือเดิม ๆ เหล่านั้นกลับแสดงผล ใช้งาน ได้ง่ายกว่าและการแสดงผลก็ทำได้น่าสนใจกว่า สิ่งเดียวที่ผมมองว่า Google Groups จะดีกว่าคือ ลงทะเบียน ใช้งานได้ฟรี มีระบบที่บริหารจัดการไฟล์และระบบให้เกิดความมีเสถียรภาพให้เราเป็นเพียงผู้ ใช้ ต่างจากเว็บบอร์ดแบบเก่า หรืออื่น ๆ ที่เราจำเป็นต้องมี Host เพื่อทำการติดตั้ง Webboad และบริหารระบบฐานข้อมูลเอง ซึ่งทั้งหมดนี้เป็นเพียงความเห็นส่วนตัวของผมต่อ Google Groups ตอนนี้นะครับ แต่ก็หวังอย่างยิ่งว่า จะมีการพัฒนา รูปแบบ เครื่องมือให้มีความสะดวกในการใช้งานกว่านี้
